Early this week Stampin Up release the retirement list...all the great products that will not be available in the new catalog being released in June.  Click here to see the list.  If you see something you want, don't delay, all products are only available while supplies last.  Remember you can shop online 24/7 from my site.

To pay homage to all the stamps that I have that will be retiring, I am going to make at least one new card with each of them and display them on my blog.

Now, for today's card!!  For a little inspiration, I turned to two of my favorite blogs Freshly Made Sketches and Color Throw down.  I love these two blogs because I can be inspired with both color and a sketch.  The two retiring stamp sets I used were Vintage Vogue and Messages for Mom.  I really like both of these sets and have used them plenty.  The Messages for Mom has so many great sentiments, it will stay in my collection!

Thanks for checking my blog, if you have any questions, drop me a line!

To get the shading effect on the flower, I used both Certainly Celery and Always Artichoke Stampin Write Markers to color the Stamp before I stamped.

  1. Very pretty! Love the little touch of bling in the center of the flower. Glad you joined us this week at Freshly Made Sketches!

  2. Vintage Vogue is one of my favorites and I will miss it so much! I love the two-toned flower you used for your focal point. It looks wonderful with a bit of bling. Thanks for joining us at Freshly Made Sketches!
